Mountain Biking

Last year was a reasonably significant birthday and I had some Red Letter vouchers. After a lot of thought I went Mountain Biking with MudTrek near Brechfa, Wales

I had an excellent time. Excellent hospitality, great bike, excellent route well suited to my ability and a great day out with Jason, and a really friendly pre and post drink. 

28 miles and over 4000ft of climbing. A tough day out.
